Terms of service

By purchasing a service from Vibe Code Audit Report, you agree to the following:

Scope: Services are limited to the codebase, repository, or materials explicitly provided at the time of engagement. Additional scope requires a new agreement.

Deliverables: You will receive a written audit report in PDF format within the agreed timeframe. Reports are for your internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your code. We retain no rights to your codebase. The audit report itself is licensed to you for internal use.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations.

Confidentiality: We treat all submitted materials as confidential. An NDA can be provided upon request before work begins.
